We are looking for volunteers who would like to join the team. We are in need of help as follows:

Online submission consultant: Enter the call to artists information in relevant local online directories that advertize call to artists opportunities by region. This involves finding the directories, reviewing the process for submitting the call, and entering appropriate verbiage to the directory site online. Need immediately.

Social Media player: Stimulate social media activity regarding the May 7 workshop, general call to artists, and later concert and exhibit using Facebook, Twitter, and any other platforms that make sense. Need immediately.

Art Curator/s: Curate the accepted artwork for the Jenkins Auditorium Exhibit and MATV gallery. This will involve working with jurors to sketch out and later hang the art according to the sketch. Need by July 2016.

Art work Logistics engineer/s: Figure out a plan for delivery, transport, storage of all artwork from artist delivery to pickup. Immediately.

Hanging art volunteers: five volunteers to help hang artwork at Jenkins Auditorium and MATV.
